The strengths of our digital health platform in the B2C area
naturally lie in the shortening of waiting times, the fast and
direct contact between patients and doctors, and the best
possible price-performance ratio. The problems of long
waiting times for doctor’s appointments and subsequent
waiting times at the doctor’s office are well known.

xxx is available whenever a patient needs them. We are
there for those patients who – mostly for professional
reasons – simply do not have the time to sacrifice half a day
for a medical appointment. We are there for the patients who
want their doctors to take enough time for them. We provide
prescriptions without the hassle of physically going to the
doctor. And we help closing the supply gaps in rural areas.

Product/Service
Describe your business model. How do you want to earn money?

Our B2B target group are companies worldwide, hotels, and
airlines. Many companies offer their employees preventative
measures/health care. A cooperation with xxxx
means greater staff retention, supports illness prevention,
and enables immediate and (labour-) time-saving tele-contact
with a doctor. Cooperation talks are currently taking place
with hotel chains, as with xxxxxx “a doctor is available
in every room” 24/7. Moreover, we can help airlines reduce
unscheduled landings due to medical emergencies. The wellknown
question “is a doctor on board?” can be answered with
a clear ‘yes’ thanks to xxxxx.
Our third target group are the medical professionals. We
need – and recruit – well-qualified and available doctors
from all departments for our platform. The collaboration with
xxxxx offers many advantages to physicians. The two
most important are certainly the free time division (24/7) of
the (secondary) activity from home or outside the practice
opening hours and a good income.

Which are the key success factors of your business model?

The revenue model is simple: 60% of the salary goes to the doctor and 40% to xxxxxx (15 minutes, for example,
generate €29). Our business model is scalable and internationalization (through licensing) is ready. Payment options
exist in the form of the common credit cards and PayPal

alone. A Swiss service provider who demands an
exorbitant price of 3.32 CHF per minute from his
users and does not even have the opportunity to
speak directly to a specialist. Instead, they are either
briefly advised or even forwarded by MPAs. We want
to meet the increasing demand for telemedicine
services by enabling our patients to speak directly
to experienced specialists around the clock, at a fair
price.
